ReTreat Yourself!… Yoga Retreats 2014

Are you ready to retreat from the hustle and bustle? Escaping for a yoga retreat is the perfect way to find yourself, or lose yourself!  Immersing in all things health, relaxation, flexibility and general wellbeing is something I highly recommend. It holds untold benefits for the wellness of your brain, your body and the nourishment of your soul.

Here are a few yoga retreats coming up that are hosted by Western Australian instructors, with the retreats held both locally and overseas.

There’s a few notable benefits in road-testing the services of a local instructor before you head off on your retreat. Firstly, you get to ‘try before you buy‘. Your preferred choice in instructor can be a deeply personal thing. When you find the right fit, your practice will benefit immensely from a week or two of complete immersion in a beautiful location.

Secondly, you may get to meet the other participants, prior to embarking on your trip. While you will make friends quickly the minute you step on retreat, it might also be nice to make a connection before you travel, particularly if you have a fear of travelling solo.

Here’s some handpicked retreats for your consideration.
